Aquarium Moss Ball Holder, Shrimp Decoration Sphere

The open Voronoi pattern is made to be grown over. Moss, Anubias or Bucephalandra can be tied or glued to the struts and will work their way through the structure over time, until barely any of the ball itself is visible. Shrimp use it as a climbing and grazing surface, and biofilm settles in the openings.

Several balls in different sizes next to each other look better in a layout than a single one.

Material

Printed in PETG. Water-resistant and dimensionally stable, even after months in the tank. PLA softens permanently in water and turns brittle, which is why I don't use it for aquarium parts.

About the finish

I print every part in Germany, check each one myself and pack it by hand. The fine lines on the surface are part of 3D printing, not a defect.
